Welcome to the holidays! It brings so many wonderful things. Sometimes, some not-so-wonderful things come too. Take a break from the hustle and stress of the holiday season. Connect with yourself and with the Come-Unity, as we gather this Sunday in honor of love for ourselves and for the love of others. Share your gifts by showing up and opening your hearts, as we raise our voices in divine celebration during our December Kirtan. This will be our 5th monthly meet up; The group and our relationship is growing! Last month, we shook the house and our souls with our powerful collective voice. Let's do it again. Do it for you! Bring friends too.

As the holidays are nearing and the hustle is starting to set in around us, what could be better than slowing down, connecting with yourself and others, and settling in to the true spirit of this season?
I invite you all to join us this Sunday, November 27 as we join our voices together to connect in truth, love and peace for a special Thanksgiving Kirtan at Seva Yoga Garden in Northside (my home studio). Please accept my gift to you this Holiday weekend, and you will be giving a tremendous gift back to both me and to the community by joining us as we fuse mantra with music to experience joy, exuberance and gratitude!
